77com Terms and Conditions of Use of Platform

Throughout this document, the following definitions apply in their entirety:

• "77com" or "Platform": refers to the website https://77com.click and all its associated services, including Sports Betting, casino, poker, blackjack, roulette, and Live Casino.
• "User", "you" or "player": any individual who creates an account and uses 77com's services.
• "Account": the individual profile linked to a CPF and email address registered on the platform.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL available in the user's account for use on the platform, made up of real balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus": promotional credits granted by 77com that are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.

To create an account and use the services provided by 77com, the user must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Must not already have an active account on the 77com platform;
• Must not be on an active self-exclusion list;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The 77com applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer) to enable withdrawals and for deposits above certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used.

The verification process is carried out digitally, directly on the platform, and is generally completed within 24 business hours. During verification, your existing balance remains available for betting and gaming, but withdrawals are temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

The 77com accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — processed in under 1 minute, available 24 hours a day, any day of the week including national holidays;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — major card brands accepted, subject to operator approval;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — processed in up to 15 minutes;
• TED Transfer by Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil — credited according to each bank's cut-off schedule.

Deposit limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum limit per individual transaction; however, 77com may request additional proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding R$ 5,000.00 in a single transaction, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in Brazil.

The 77com does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees are the user's responsibility and are charged directly by the financial institution used.

Withdrawals at 77com are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name and CPF. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00.

Processing timeframes by account level

• Gold and Diamond Members: withdrawals processed within 5 minutes of the request;
• Silver Members: processed within 30 minutes;
• Bronze Members (new accounts): processing within 2 hours on the first request, with full KYC verification.

Limits and restrictions

Only real balance (not bonus balance) may be withdrawn. Bonus balance must be converted to real balance by meeting the rollover requirements of the respective promotion before it becomes available for withdrawal. Withdrawals of real balance not tied to any active bonus are subject to no restrictions beyond minimum limits.

The 77com may request additional documentation for withdrawals that trigger internal risk review criteria, such as high-value withdrawals or withdrawals to accounts different from the usual deposit method. This review takes no longer than 48 business hours.

The 77com periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has specific rules published on the promotion page prior to activation. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are activated only upon the user's explicit opt-in — no bonus is credited automatically without confirmation;
• Every bonus carries a minimum rollover requirement specifying how many times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, as applicable) must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable balance;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period, which ranges from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion;
• Only bets on eligible games count toward rollover — the rules of each promotion specify which categories qualify and at what contribution percentage;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 on Sports Betting generally do not contribute to the sports bonus rollover;
• 77com reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is detected, including the creation of duplicate accounts or the use of low-risk betting strategies to artificially fulfill rollover requirements.

The Sports Betting service of 77com covers the main competitions followed by Brazilian fans: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, as well as international football, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports.

General betting rules

• All bets are binding from the moment the user confirms them;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash out feature is available and active for the event;
• The 77com reserves the right to void bets in cases of clear odds errors (errors representing a distortion of more than 10% relative to the market), official event cancellation, or an event outcome determined by a source other than that specified in the bet rules;
• In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delay. 77com is not responsible for betting decisions made based on information obtained after the actual event has already occurred.

Betting limits

The minimum bet per ticket is R$ 5.00. Maximum limits vary by event, sport, and market, and are displayed before the bet slip is confirmed. 77com may adjust betting limits for users whose betting patterns are identified as high-risk or who have a history of exploiting odds errors.

The casino at 77com includes slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, crash games, and live casino with real dealers. All casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited, or by real physical processes observable in real time in the case of live tables.

RTP and house edge

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on that game's information page. For reference: European Roulette has an RTP of 97.30%; slots have RTPs ranging from 94% to 97% depending on the provider; classic blackjack with basic strategy has an RTP of approximately 99.50%. These percentages represent theoretical returns calculated over millions of rounds — they do not guarantee individual session results.

Live Casino

The live casino of 77com streams real-dealer tables in 4K, 24 hours a day. Each table's specific rules — including betting limits, blackjack rules, roulette payouts, and game show mechanics — are displayed within the game before any bet is placed. Users are responsible for reading the table rules before joining.

The 77com is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform offers the following responsible gambling tools, all available directly in the account dashboard with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period from the request. Reductions take effect immediately;
• Loss limit: set a maximum net loss limit per period. Once reached, new bets are automatically blocked until the period resets;
• Session limit: receive alerts when you reach the session play time you have set;
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During the suspension, logins are blocked and no marketing communications are sent;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close the account. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining real balance will be returned via Pix after a 5 business-day review.

Access to the platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The 77com verifies age via CPF at the time of registration. If you suspect a minor is using your account, contact support immediately for emergency account blocking.

The 77com processes all users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The legal bases for data processing include: performance of the platform usage contract, compliance with legal obligations (anti-money laundering, age verification), and legitimate interest for platform security purposes.

Data collected

• Identification data: full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number;
• KYC verification data: identity documents and proof of address;
• Usage data: betting history, financial transactions, and gaming sessions;
• Technical data: IP address, device type, and browser, collected for security purposes.

Data sharing

User data is never sold to third parties. Sharing occurs only in the following situations: with payment processors to facilitate transactions, with regulatory authorities when required by law, and with certified security auditors operating under confidentiality agreements.

You may exercise your data subject rights — access, correction, portability, and deletion — at any time by emailing suporte@77com.click. The 77com responds to data subject rights requests within 15 business days.

The user agrees not to carry out any of the following actions while using 77com:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, regardless of the device or access method used;
• Using third-party CPFs, documents, bank accounts, or Pix keys for registration or transactions;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting odds errors, bugs, or technical glitches on the platform for personal gain — any winnings obtained in this way will be voided;
• Placing hedge bets across accounts to artificially meet rollover requirements or to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other illicit activity through the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to 77com's infrastructure;
• Posting or transmitting illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the platform's communication channels.

The user may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77com or through the permanent self-exclusion option in the dashboard. Any available real balance (excluding unconverted bonus balance) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after closure is confirmed and the review is complete.

The 77com may unilaterally close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any item in section 10 (Prohibited Conduct);
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Detection of platform use by a person under 18 years of age;
• Extended inactivity exceeding 24 months with no transactions — in this case, the user is notified by email 30 days in advance;
• A legal or regulatory requirement mandating account closure.

If an account is closed due to a violation of prohibited conduct, 77com reserves the right to hold the full account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms the violation, the bonus balance will be cancelled and the real balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable law.

The 77com is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform — Sports Betting and casino games carry inherent risk, and the possibility of losing the wagered amount is a natural condition of the service.

77com is also not liable for:

• Internet or device connection failures on the user's end that affect ongoing bets or game sessions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account caused by the user's own negligence (password sharing, use on unsecured devices);
• Variations in Sports Betting odds resulting from market updates before the ticket is confirmed;
• Force majeure events, including third-party infrastructure failures (payment operators, game providers, internet service providers) that temporarily affect services.

The 77com may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Any material update will be communicated to the user by email and by a prominent notice on the account dashboard at least 7 days before taking effect.

Changes that do not directly affect user rights — such as text corrections, clarity improvements, or contact updates — may take effect without the 7-day notice period. The last updated date shown at the top of this document is always refreshed with each new version published.

If a user disagrees with the changes, they may close their account as described in section 11 before the new version's effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this document, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, the user agrees to seek resolution of any disputes directly with the support team at 77com, which is committed to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and seeking an amicable resolution within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

The 77com operates in compliance with current Brazilian legislation, including the Brazilian Internet Act (Law No. 12,965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable digital entertainment sector regulations in Brazil.
